Mangalore Buns -
I make these delectable Banana buns or Mangalore buns when the bananas overripe and go beyond recognition 🫣
And every time I make them I get nostalgic about the very first time I got to eat them, back in India. 😊
It was during this very memorable trip to Murudeshwar with a bunch of friends old and new. Fun filled and exhausting from scuba diving 🤿
to trekking to some waterfalls 🏞
to serene temple visits in the night. 😌
We even got to see this massive Lord Shiva statue, with Arabian Sea for a backdrop and is apparently the 2nd largest in world!
